Dog walking and drop in clients- I have volunteered and worked as kennel staff 1000+ hours at the Animal Humane Society in St. Paul MN, Chequamegon Humane Association in Ashland WI and an Animal Hospital and Medical Boarding Facility in the north metro. In my positions I have facilitated adoptions, performed animal husbandry through maintaining a clean and safe environment for the animals of the shelter, engage dogs and cats in mental and social enrichment, exercise/walk the dogs, prepare and give diets, create feeding and medication charts, administer oral/dermal/otic/optic medication and subcutaneous fluids and of course give snuggles! Farm animals experience: I have experience working on a dairy farm for 6 months at a time. I grew up on a hobby farm caring for poultry and hoofstock. House sitting- I am available for those within 10 miles of Westside St. Paul to care for your fur babies. I have house and pet sat for my neighbors, professors, community members, friends and family.
