Hi there! I am a teacher in Phoenix and I have grown up around dogs, and LOVE them!!! I am currently working from home, so I am available for all your pup's needs and have a pretty flexible schedule in the mornings! I have a 14 month old lab, who is full of energy and loves to play with other pups. My house has 8 foot high block walls, and a dog door with a grassy backyard. I enjoy exercising, so whether your pup prefers a jog (when it's not too hot out) or just a check-up and cuddle session I am your girl! In order to ensure we keep your dog safe I will listen to all your concerns/requests and will take them to heart. These summer months can be tough on our pups! I am excited to meet you and your amazing companion!

Jennifer was great with my dog Coco. Our dogs were both very playful and got along very well. I would definitely have Coco come back for more playtime with Jennifer and Luna.
Jennifer did a great job taking care of my two dogs while I was out of town for the week. I knew she has been around dogs a lot in her life and my dogs have always drawn to her. She’s also a teacher so I know she has the genuine desire to help others. Jen came by twice a day for me - every morning to make sure they had food and water and give them a walk, and then a second time in the afternoon to walk them! Jones (my boxer) has anxiety so she would also give him his pill every morning, and when he decided to chew up a phone book and make a mess Jen cleaned it up no questions asked. I came home to see my house fully intact and my dogs happy! I’m so glad to have such a great friend whom I can trust both with my dogs and my house!

It is important to know if a dog is comfortable around other animals or people in the event that we encounter one on the street so I know whether to move them away from any potential situations. I would also like to know if there are any medical conditions, or any previous conditions that may arise again. I love all dogs and have cared for all sizes, but I personally have always owned the larger breeds--a golden retriever and black labs!
A typical day
I absolutely love hiking! If we have an early morning walk time I would love to take your dog on a hike around the area! I also am a big fan of catch (with either a stick or a ball), soccer, and cuddle time. If your dog just needs attention we can put on AirBud or Homeward Bound and get a nice brushing or ear rub instead! I do want to ensure your pup remains comfortable, so I am happy to just go on a walk around your neighborhood as well!
