Super long review. It was a stressful experience to say the least. We left Theo with her for a week and it was a nightmare. I told her right off the back, several times that we had never been away from theo before and that he follows me around 24/7. He is my shadow, quite literally. That being said I expexted him to nervous and anxious and take a couple days to get used to his new environment. He had a few accidents inside but I feel like that's to be expected when you have a young (2) dog in a highly stressful environment and without his family for the very first time. It was clear he was showing signs of having separation anxiety. She messages me staying she can't watch him anymore after he had another accident, 3rd one i think, and ask if I have someone else who can take care of him... days before Christmas, while I'm over 11 hours away in a different state. She repeatedly pushed giving him medication and even after I tolder I was uncomfortable giving him the elderly dogs old medicine, she gave it to him ANYWAY! WHO DOES THAT? I understand she was stressed and had family coming in, but that's not mine nor theos problem. After that I made a curbside order with cbd treats and a antler for him, which I did not receive back. I would not leave your love ones with her or her husband. Theo came back a completely different pup and had licked one of his paws completely raw in her care and she never mentioned it once. If she would have just waited for him to adjust like I told her, he would have been just fine and he was, literally after 2 days of being with her. Animals have feelings too and I'm sure theo was just anxious in his new environment and obviously needed time to adjust.

Jennifer watched my 10yo beagle for a couple of days and I could not be happier. She was very responsive prior to; and updated throughout the stay. Jennifer was very flexible before the actual stay so the meet and greet for us and our animals was very easy to set up. A great experience from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to schedule with her again the next time I need a sitter.
