Pet care experience
Hello fellow dog lovers! It brings me great joy to care for your fur family! I have enjoyed providing dogsitting, walking and drop in visits for Rover for 3+ years now and for families I have worked with as a professional nanny and elder care provider for over 25 years where I provided both human and animal care in home. I have personally owned and trained my own dogs since I was a small child and have never been without one. I love dogs of all sizes and energy levels and am happy to run, walk, play, visit the dog park/beach, snuggle and genuinely love your baby in any way that they need depending on the type of care I am providing. I am not as available for in home sitting as before after moving but I am available for sitting in your home as my schedule allows, dog walking, and drop in visits. Our Coco enjoyed his stay with Jennifer so much, I am not sure he wanted to come home. She looked after Coco if it was her own pet and kept us up to date with Photo's. Next time, we go away we would use Jennifer.

Does your dog have any special needs or behaviors I should know about? I want to make sure they have a great time so knowing any quirks or pet peeves your dog has will be best. For example, Some dogs are food aggressive (I separate for feeding anyways), or have high anxiety if left alone and could have destructive behavior if nervous or have a sleeping preference (some dogs want to sleep directly next to me or under the bed etc.)
A typical day
Moved form Kensington to the lovely Point Loma close to sunset cliffs. I walk my dog and a clients dog at sunset cliffs regularly. We enjoy visits to the dog park and adventures walking along the water by shelter island and other scenic walking routes in Point Loma

Availability
I have a lot of flexibility to allow dog walking and often end up with a string of days off that would allow full flexibility for sitting in your home when available . I may be able to resume dogsitting in my home soon after my recent move depending on your dogs temperament and ability to get along with a puppy, 6 year old and ocasional exposure to my new roommates two cats.
