30 years of experience caring for dogs, both my own and those of friends and family. I have experience with all ages and energy levels and I'm happy to meet the attention/stimulation, exercise, or medical needs of your pet.

We will use Jennifer again - she is reliable and responsible and cares for our dogs like they are her own. It's nice to feel like someone is truly listening to nuances about your pets; keeping in mind what they need, especially when paying for a service. With Jennifer, it's well worth the investment, because she goes above and beyond what we've experienced with other care givers. Like, do you want a low-key person? She'll be that. Do you want your dog taken on a high-drive hike? She's more than capable. It's nice when dog people can interact with humans too ;) Hire her - you won't regret it.
Jen was awesome! She watched our two dogs for 10 days. They were super happy when we got them back. I could tell they were fed appropriately because they weren’t fat or too skinny when we picked them up. Our dogs always came back sick from a kennel, but they were great! We will definitely be using Jen again. She even sent a couple of pictures :)
Couldn’t be more pleased! Jennifer was welcoming and I felt so completely comfortable leaving my baby with her. I loved the communication and picture updates. She definitely had fun and was exhausted when she got home. I highly recommend Jennifer!!

Pets that I care for will feel like one of my own. They will receive lots of love and personal attention. I live in the mountains with access to trails for walking, hiking and trail-running. While I do not have a fenced-in yard, I do have yard leashes/tie-outs if your pet enjoys basking in the sun. My home is outfitted with dog beds, toys and dog gates to ensure your pet's comfort.

I live in Red River, approximately 1 hour from Taos. Please plan accordingly for pick up and drop-off. Late fees will be charged for late pickup. 2-4 hours late = Half day boarding fee ($25) > 4 hours late = Full day boarding fee ($50)
A typical day
I love to give dogs lots of physical activity. If they're up for it, we'll explore all the sights and smells of the mountains together. If your dog is more of a homebody, I'll keep them comfy and cozy indoors and stumlate them with play and games. Large windows allow dogs to watch the wildlife come and go... a favorite pastime of visiting canines.
