This is our first time using any pet sitting Services. We've always had special needs dogs in the past so never had the need because I was always home caring for our babes . Now we have our pup French Bulldog Mac and decided it was time to try due to a family outing we needed to attend . I cannot begin to describe how happy I am with Jennifer! I tend to run a little on the anxious side and she made this whole process so easy from start to finish! The communication was clear and she was so friendly, I felt so comfortable with her , we received updates and pictures as well. I felt as though we've known her for years. Mac was most certainly happy and loved . He gets very excited and I was of course, nervous about that. This was Was no problem! She is versed in Frenchie friendly behavior and all brachycephalic breeds as well ! We are beyond relieved to know we have someone we trust for the next time we're able to attend an outing. Jennifer, you made something that was difficult for me into an easy transition! Thank you again and can't wait until for the next time, we'll get to meet .. Mac will be happy too . See you soon 💙💛
