Jennifer had exceptional communication & flexibility. She met with us prior to our booking to get to know our dogs & their routine, sent us pictures & updates throughout our booking, and had quick responses throughout the our experience. Jennifer provided our older dog with additional care, cleaning his crate daily. Upon our return, the dogs were happy and the space was clean & tidy. The reason for the 4 out of 5 was for one day when Jennifer was late for a visit, but other than that our experience was great.
Jennifer took great care of my cat while I was traveling! I really appreciated knowing someone was there, checking in on him!
Jennifer does such a great job keeping my cats happy while I’m away. It’s such a relief to know that they are in safe hands while I’m traveling.
I'm pretty much a helicopter dog Mom. Jen was super gracious about my need for daily updates while we were away. She took fantastic care of Bruno our rescue Chi -- who can be a bit of challenge (he has issues, what can we say?). She sent pictures and let us know how things were going. And she graciously agreed to snag our mail and retrieve our garbage from the curb. She went above and beyond. We would definitely book her again and recommend her to anyone needing quality pet care while they're away.
