I've grown up with pets my whole life! My childhood dream was to be a veterinarian but now I spend my time caring and watching pets for friends and family. While I'm new to Rover, I've been pet sitting animals small and large (from mice to birds to pigs to dogs to cats to horses!) for many years. I currently have a dog and two cats of my own, but have had others into their beautiful old ages, so I know what kind of care and attention they require. I'm very loving and affectionate with animas and they tend to return the favor! I'm also really active, so walks, dog parks, and playtime are my specialty. I also have a lot of experience with older pets or pets that require medicine and/or have specific medical issues that need to be cared for. Bonus, but definitely not necessary: I have a tween daughter that adores pets, so please specify if yours is child friendly or not. She has the same dream I used to have and has her sights set on being a vet, so we’d love to care for your fur baby together. If you give the ok, she’ll tag along with me so she can get as much face time and experience with all kinds of different pets and needs. I take the utmost caution to keep your pet and my child safe, so I make the appropriate arrangements for them to be separated if needed. However, this is just an added treat and not a requirement; I do plenty of pet care solo. I'm looking forward to meeting you and fostering a loving and fun-filled relationship with your pet!
