*Insured and Red Cross Pet CPR/First Aid certified* I've been lucky to have had four wonderful dogs in my life - all of different breeds, sizes and temperaments. I know that some dogs want to fetch all day long, others want a slow walk with lots of stops for answering pee-mail, and some need lots of mental stimulation to keep them healthy and happy. My own dog is reactive and I am experienced in working with reactive dogs. Your dog will enjoy one on one time with me to meet their specific needs, whether it's a slow walk around the block or a brisk gait mixed in with some training. I provide treats (just let me know of any dietary restrictions), poop bags, and toweling down/muddy paw cleanup.

I'll always keep your pet leashed, unless you specifically request otherwise and we've had some previous experience together in a safe environment first so I'm comfortable with their recall. If transporting your dog for a trail walk, I have a kennel/separate section in my car for their transport. As a dog and a kid mom, I'm always looking out for potential hazards and since I provide one on one care, you can rest assured that I am always paying attention to your pup!

I provide training treats - usually Zuke's or a similar brand. Please let me know any food allergies ahead of time. Information about your dog's likes/dislikes, fears, or prior experiences with other dogs/people is always helpful!
A typical day
Dog walk rates include a walk around your neighborhood. We can discuss in advance preferred routes, and your dog's walking preferences or any reactivity issues. I prefer Least Invasive, Minimally Aversive (LIMA) methods of restraint, such as harnesses or gentle leaders, over e-collars or prong collars. Drop in visits include a walk or indoor/outdoor play, feeding, and/or treat training review. I'll also refresh food and water if needed and clean up any minor dog messes in the house.

I'm a stay at home mom with three kids in school, so I'm available during the school day, around whatever other commitments I might have.
