Our family loves animals. We would love to help out by hosting your dog in our animal friendly home. We have a 2-year-old little boy. I am a stay at home mom so your dog will always have someone at home with him or her to love on, enjoy, and take good care of him or her. About this sitter: My husband and I love animals. They are a part of our family. We have a 1-year old male cat and our son is now 5 months old. We look forward to being able to take care of your treasured pet. We would love on him or her like he or she was our own. I am a stay at home mom so your pet would always have someone with him or her to keep him or her company. Why I love dog sitting I've grown up with dogs practically all my life. I've had German Shepherds, Labs, Rat Terrier, Fox Terrier, Rat/Fox Terrier Mix, etc. I love dogs and treat my animals as members of the family. About my yard We have a decent sized back yard, but it is not completely fenced in. It has a fence along the sides and back, but it does not connect to the house to be fully closed in. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering medication to dogs. I did so with my dog Maggie towards the end of her 15 years, and my cat towards the end of his 16 years.

I personally want to adopt a German Shepherd, but as far as watching or hosting a dog in my home, I don't have any preferences. I would like to know about the dog's temperament and if he or she is good with small children. If this is unknown, a Meet and Greet is a great way to break the ice with this.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We absolutely will take your dog on walks. Dogs need exercise to get their nervous energy out and they generally enjoy them. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will sleep inside wherever he or she is comfortable. We are not against him or her sleeping in the bed with us or on the floor next to us. We also wish to respect your wishes, so if it is your wish to keep the dog off the furniture we will respect that. Time I'll spend with your dog I am a stay at home mom so I will be with your dog most of the day. An occasional errand may need to be run, but they are generally local to the Laurel area.
