I am friendly and easy going with a sense of humor and fun. Hanging with my pets (and yours) is one of my favorite things in life. My two senior dogs and nineteen year old cat have been my babies since the day I laid eyes on them. They're a major part of my life and I understand the love and bond between pet and owner. All animals are precious and unique, so I understand that your pet may have quirks or special needs (mine certainly do!) that require extra care. I provide the type of care for your dog(s) and/or cat(s) that I would want someone to give mine. I have spent time with a variety of dogs including family and friends'. In addition, I volunteered for a year at a local shelter to help socialize and exercise dogs and found it greatly rewarding- especially when a once frightened dog began to come out of its shell. At that same shelter, I spent two years working with less socialized cats of all ages, helping reduce their fear of interacting with people and other cats in their environment. I get a lot of joy from dogs and cats. They make the world a better place!
