While we were very grateful for Jenny’s help on short notice, particularly given it was a bit of a trek for her to house sit for our two dogs for nearly 10 days, we unfortunately are unable to recommend her services. We came home to a number of concerning things, to name the most significant: about 15-20 pieces of poop in our basement (an area the dogs were not supposed to be unsupervised), indications of dehydration for both dogs, vomit in multiple places, and excrement residue throughout the rest of the house (we have photo documentation of each). We were given no indication of any issues during the stay and were told everything was going great. It’s a shame because our first impressions were very positive. Jenny scheduled a meet and greet and was punctual, enthusiastic, transparent, and communicative. A family member had a recent positive experience with Jenny coming for a couple of drop-ins. We are confused why the other house sitting reviews are inconsistent with ours and just hope this experience was the anomaly. We are admittedly discouraged by this latest Rover experience when historically we’ve had overwhelmingly positive experiences with other sitters.

Dogs were well taken care of. Was on time every visit!
