can’t live without dogs!
Pet care experience
I raised a black lab from 4 weeks old to his passing at 14. He and I became certified by the Delta Society as a therapy pair - going into hospitals and womens shelters for pet therapy - even libraries to help kids with literacy. Although I don't live with a dog at the moment, I've always lived with a variety of dog breeds since childhood - hounds, sheepdogs, labs, and a Great Dane. I’ve always been in love with dogs of all kinds!
Reviews
Jennifer was OUTSTANDING! Truthfully, this was my best experience yet on Rover. She took excellent care of my dog and home. Jennifer communicated extremely well and was very trustworthy. 100000% recommend.
As always, Jennifer does a great job. I can’t recommend her enough.
Jennifer was so wonderful with our dog and left the house just as she found it, too. Would love to have her sit for us again! We had a fantastic experience.
Jennifer is Amazing goes above and beyond to spend time with your baby! She will take your pup on a long walk and send pictures and meet any requests. She is super responsive; honestly I can’t recommend her enough!

I live in a condo in Penn Quarter, close to long walks on the National Mall. I know dog parks around town. My priority is giving pets lots of attention and love so they feel safe and comfortable and can be as happy as possible when in my care.

Information Jennifer B. would like to know about your pet
It’s important for me to know if the dog likes contact (I love to hug), and how your dog is with other dogs so I can be on alert if we encounter others. Are there other things that make your dog anxious, like, certain kinds of cars, people, sounds? I want to minimize any stress on your dog as much as I can.
A typical day
I love to play with them, get on the floor and play tug of war or lightly throw the ball around inside. Big fan of snuggling too, or just hanging out to rest or nap. Outside, long walks as they can, with plenty of time for stopping, smelling and exploring, and I can take dogs to dedicated dog parks as appropriate. It’s THEIR time, so I just try to accommodate.

Availability
My work schedule is hybrid and full, so I’m focusing on extended overnights in my home or yours. If my canine friends are up for it, I like to explore the city with them, stop for lots of photo ops, and find parks to play. My goal is for your dog to have a great time!
