Jennifer was great! Super flexible and reliable.

Jennifer did a pretty good job at taking care of our 3 dogs. They were happy and healthy when we returned. I was not impressed with the state of the situation when I came back. We have a young puppy that is potty training and the room smelled like a kennel. It did not seem that there was any attention to making sure the pee was cleaned up in his kennel or on the floor. I noticed that at the back of his kennel where he had peed in the night there was a puddle under his kennel. I also asked her to work with him on knowing how to press the door bell to tell us when he had to go outside and from watching the cameras afterwards there didn’t seem to make any attempt at working with him on that. Overall it was an ok job. The pets seemed to really like her though and she was very sweet to them.
