I have been walking dogs for almost 15 years in the NoVA area. I am familiar with the County Connector Trails, the W&OD, and the FC Park System. I have walked and cared for dogs ranging from 2.5 pound chihuahuas to 120 pound mastiffs, and have never had an incident where any dog has gotten away from me. I prefer to use regular leashes as opposed to flexi-leashes, but if your dog is a great walker on a flexi, i am more than happy to use it. I treat the dogs like they are my own and love them like we all know they deserve. I have training in Canine CPR and know how to medicate, treat minor wounds, and provide toe nail trims (for a small charge of $10). ***Sidenote; my boyfriend and I work together on the weekends, occasionally he might fill in or join me on a walk. He would not enter the home unless needed of of course not without your knowledge/permission.
