Hello there! My name is Jenna. I am currently a graduate student at Illinois State University obtaining a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. My graduate Course load for this semester is fairly light as I finish up most of my credits with a research project. Therefore, I have extra time to care for your animals. I am only in one night class on campus. The rest of my schedule involves teaching fitness classes for undergraduates at the university; however, my teaching hours are fairly light this semester. I have had the opportunity to raise a dog with my family for my entire life. Throughout my twenty three years, I have never not been around an animal in my household. As a young child we had a German Shepard as well as a Great Dane. Both dogs had great personalities and their large size allowed me to become comfortable with larger dogs. Currently, my family in the Suburbs has an energetic black lab named Ella. She is our best friend. I go on runs and long walks with her every time I come home for breaks or weekends. As a young girl I worked for "Best Friends Pet Motel" which is located in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. As an employee there for over five years, I would have the opportunity to play, walk, feed and care for dogs and cats of all sizes. I got comfortable working with all sorts of breeds with this job. I graduated with my undergrad in Kinesiology at Miami University as a Division-1 college soccer player. I am also a future Officer in the United States Marine Corps and I commission in May of 2019. Therefore, I hold myself to very high standards in physical fitness. I enjoy outdoor activity and keeping myself active. If your animal(s) have lots of energy... bring them my way! I am constantly keeping myself busy and active, I would enjoy taking your animal along for walks and/or runs. Thank you for you time.
