Jenna knows pets! On several occasions I have interacted with Jenna and animals. Whether walking dogs, feeding cats, or managing less common animals (like birds and reptiles), Jenna shows the same kind of careful attentiveness that she would to her own property. She is respectful and doesn't try to force a pet to do her bidding but will entice and try to win the pet's trust and affection. Nevertheless, Jenna is a strong responsible caretaker and won't let the dog walk her. She maintains order (and thus happiness) with all the animals under her care and develops a special loving bond. I would trust Jenna with any of the dogs I've owned and am sure she would abundantly take care of any other ones as well.

My husband and I were headed out of town for one night - sort of last minute, so very grateful that Jenna was nearby and available. Our dog is older, and was very anxious in the nighttime. Jenna and I communicated a lot during the evening about ways to help calm her down. I felt horrible for her, but Jenna was very professional and stayed positive and upbeat. She clearly loves animals and has a very caring heart!
