Pets Need A Vacation Too

I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. I consider my pets to be a part of the family and I will treat yours the same way. I know the stress of placing your dog in a kennel when you go on vacation or to an event and I want to end the stress for you and your pet. I'm a full time vaccinated college student at Boise State University, studying to become a Respiratory Therapist - Go Big Blue - and am currently home in Martinez. With online classes I am available at all times to care for your dog and keep them on their walking and/or medication schedule. I have given meds to my own dog, including monthly injections, so I understand the necessity of a schedule for our furry friends to keep them healthy and happy. We currently have a 2 year old black lab that I helped train. I understand the need for consistency for a training puppy and can help you maintain that schedule. I can also just "hang" with your animal to relieve some stress from being home alone. Whatever the need, I'm willing to help.

Jenna is a dream! We felt so comfortable with her watching our dog and staying at our house -we were able to relax and enjoy our time away without concerns. She was very professional, thoughtful by sending pictures, and handled everything perfectly. Our house was spotless upon return. Jenna, is fantastic! She came over 1 week before our departure for a pre-visit to meet the puppies and get the routines. I had made an instruction list and we went over that together. We had her house sit July 17 & 18, 2021 for our three dogs. One is a 50lb. high energy Huskie. They dogs warmed up to her right away. She provided txts and pictures of the how they dogs were doing. She was prompt, coccineous, and very personable. Its hard to find someone trustworthy, professional, and just darn likeable that you want to stay in your home. My wife and I loved Jenna, and will certainly use her services again!
I have known Jenna and her family for years. I found her when she worked for my mom. Jenna is a great person who has worked for me quite a few times over the years taking care of my dog, Woody and our rabbit, Pepper. Woody always loves when Jenna comes to visit him and takes him for walks, or to the park for some running around. Jenna also takes care of our rabbit and brings fresh veggies for him, which he loves. I've never had an issue or concern when Jenna is watching our animals. I would highly recommend her to work with your animals and/or take care of your house while you are away.
Jenna has worked for me for a number of years, both as a housesitter and drop in visitor to my dog, Lola. Besides being one of the nicest people I know, she is on time, curtious, diligent and very good about sending me photos and updates of her time with Lola. I have no worries when I go away. My house is always as I left it and my dog is happy. I have even come home unannounced and everything is fine. My dog always has fresh water and food, the house is clean and my yard is taken care of. I would highly recommend Jenna!

I can also provide mail/delivery pick up while I'm at your home, or water the garden while your pet has some time in your backyard. I will pick up after your dog, if required. In my own home, I allow my dogs free reign because they are trained and well behaved. I have a fenced yard, where they can lounge and sunbathe. In your home, I will treat them just like my own.

I would want to know your dogs temperament, including what makes him/her happy and their fears and triggers, so I know what to avoid. I would like to know about your dogs history. Has your dog had any aggression issues in the past towards other dogs or humans? What treats are ok for your dog? Does your dog come on command? I will request a face to face meet with the client and their pet (s).
A typical day
When I watch your furry friends, I will play fetch, give snuggles and lots of love. I love to find trails that are dog friendly or just take a walk around your neighborhood (I will do what they love and want to do). With this summer heat, I will make sure to find shady trails.
