Pet care experience
I have had dogs all my life. I have animal CPR/first aid training. I am also Fear Free Certified- which means that I have taken trainings and courses on dog/cat behavior and how to aid in keeping your pet as happy and calm as possible in a new environment. This may look like giving extra treats, using blankets/toys that they find comforting, or setting aside extra time to introduce them to a new environment all in the name of fear free.

Reviews

Our dog Jetta had a wonderful time with Jenna & her family! We loved receiving daily updates with pictures about her stay! We loved knowing that our furbaby was in a loving home while we were out of town instead of locked in a cage with very little human interaction! She was treated like a part of their family while we are away & it meant the world to us to know she was taken care of in a loving home! We will definitely book with Jenna again for future stays for Jetta! She had a fantastic time with Jenna & her adorable family!

Jenna and family took my pups in and made them feel welcome. Was kept informed and received photos. I felt at ease that they were well taken care of and I made a good choice.

Jenna was very responsive & had amazing communication. I felt very comfortable that our sweet baby was safe & happy in her care (as well as her family’s care). Couldn’t recommend Jenna and her family more!

Jenna went above and beyond for our girls. She kept us updated daily with pictures and a short summary and was prompt to accommodate some last-minute changes. Her family and animals were all lovely and adored playing with our goldens.

My pets are fed twice daily and go out every 2-4 hours. We do not have a fenced in yard but are happy to take short walks, or if they are able to, can be put on a tie out where they still have constant supervision but a little more space. They are well loved and we work on basic obedience during the day for short intervals. I know that my dog's sizes can be intimidating, but they are truly the biggest babies that love to play with other dogs! I would treat your pet as my own. With love, care, and sensitivity to your instructions.

All clients must be up to date on Rabies vaccine and will do a meet and greet with me, my family and my dogs before establishing services upon request. I am also happy to show at any time that my own dogs are up to date on Rabies, Distemper/parvo, Lepto, and Bordetella(Kennel Cough). This is so I can give the best service possible and ask any questions with you there! Also for safety reasons, I do also REQUIRE all clients to bring KENNELS or understand that their dog will be CRATED while we are gone for short intervals of time like going to church or running to the grocery store. This is to prevent dogs from getting hurt while unsupervised. *All Kennels are monitored by camera while we are gone. *Collars/harnesses are removed while kenneled to prevent injury.
A typical day
We will have a good day playing, walks through our timber (we have a little over an acre of just timber that everyone loves with lots of smells and sights), naps, cuddling, and interacting. I will keep their minds stimulated with some basic commands while we play games and will snuggle them to their hearts content!

I spent 3 years employed by a dog daycare and work full time at a local Veterinary Clinic. I am currently in school at San Juan College to be licensed as a veterinary technician. When I am at work, my husband helps me to take care of your fur baby, as he works from home. His name is Shawn and will love your pet the same way you do!
