I have a very large yard with a 6 foot wood privacy fence. I have several toys outside and inside but can accommodate removing them if need be. Inside, i have several dog beds around the house, two beds, a couch, and recliner for comfort. My dogs are allowed on the furniture and in bed. I have a 48 lb neutered male beagle mix named Walter who is 11 years old and I've had since he was 6 weeks old. He loves to play more than anything, gets along great with other animals, and loves fetch competition. I also have a 29 lb spayed female beagle that is 10 years old and has been with me since she was 8 weeks old. She is definitely the alpha dog here, but is never aggressive. She plays well with other dogs and if she gets jealous about the attention they are getting. Just forces her way onto your lap. My boyfriend's name is Eric and he is the only other person living with me. He works a maintenance job that is 8 to 5 Monday through Friday so is definitely available for cuddles when I'm not. Eric has a 4 lb neutered male chihuahua that is 4 years old. In true chihuahua fashion, he does keep his distance at first and has a small growl, but is not aggressive and gets over it quickly.
