Pet care experience
Since my family adopted our first dog Pepper (a border collie/ terrier mix), I’ve been head over heels for doggos & their loving, fun energy. Prior to Covid, my job involved frequent travel and I delayed my desire to adopt by dog-sitting for friends and neighbors. Now in my late 20s with a non-traditional work schedule, I’m looking to take my role as dog-aunt to the next level and want to give your pups all the attention, exercise, and care I can. I have experience caring for dogs who love canine friends and those who are better alone, and I can implement whatever training & behavior drills you are already working on. I pay careful attention, keep all paws safe, and I’m not afraid of a little mess when fun is being had. Finally, I’m respectful of schedules and can play a dependable role in the care of your pup.

Jenna is awesome I feel so lucky to have found her. She’s an all-around great person with all sorts of dog experience and a really sincere, good-natured personality. We had a great conversation prior to her agreeing to the sit where she asked great questions and let me give all the right details to her so we both felt really comfortable. I left for my weekend getaway feeling really happy with the situation. Jenna went above and beyond taking my dog Nellie on all sorts of adventures to run and play and kept me updated with texts and pictures. I came home to a happy tired dog. I would 100% book her again!
I wanted to leave a quick review to let you know how pleased I was with Jenna this past week. She really showed great concern and care for my dog and was very descriptive in her texts to me while I was away. I would really like to keep using her from here on out as the pet sitter for my dog. My dog really liked her and she just took such good care of her.
Jenna is the best! My pup loved her from the moment of our first meet and greet. My dog can be a bit timid so I was glad tht she was in good hands. Jenna was very good about communicating and sending cute pics of their adventures. I hope to be a return customer! Thanks so much Jenna!
I would highly recommend Jenna if you’re looking for a dog sitter. She is very friendly, and was immediately in tune with my 3 month old puppy’s behaviors and needs. She provided updates throughout the boarding and is very flexible and understanding. And her fenced home is great for pets!

A typical day
I am conveniently close to Balboa park, so any dogs staying with me would take 2+ walks in the park and through the neighborhood - i like to stay active and this is a motivator for sitting your pet! I have an enclosed backyard where we can play fetch and go out for bathroom breaks. No other dogs in the home but I can arrange dog dates with an energetic golden retriever if you would like!
