Jenna was great, especially with my anxious dog!
Jenna was great! It was our first time using Rover for a house sitter for our senior cat who can be very particular. She didn’t bat an eye at the three pages of notes I left. She was very responsive when we asked for updates and sent photos and videos to ease our anxieties about being away from our Ellie. We came home to a very happy kitty!
Jenna was very responsive through the Rover app when I reached out for updates about Cooper. Cooper was well cared and Jenna kept up with his routine. Jenna took great care of the house, bringing in the mail and taking out the trash before she left.
Jenna was great! It was our first time using a sitter from Rover for an overnight stay while we were away for a long weekend. She was able to come do a meet and greet with short notice and was so attentive to our needs and instructions! We have a very large friendly dog and she was not hesitant at all. She gave frequent pics and updates. Our cat and dog were relaxed and happy when we returned. We felt at ease knowing she was at our house with our pets :)
