The worst sitter I’ve had on Rover. You can tell just by talking to her she is an unfriendly person who does not seem to enjoy watching your animal. Rude and inflexible. Didn’t answer her phone for 45 minutes during the drop-off window. Cold and unwelcoming during drop-off. Didn’t send updates or pictures of the dog as Rover requests (minor, but in light of the overall bad experience I thought I’d mention). Completely unwilling to accommodate an emergency when I was on the other side of the country due to a canceled flight, but also unwilling to help find a solution in any way. Just kept repeating that it was not her problem while I was frantically trying to find people to pick the dog up. I genuinely don’t know what she would have done to my dog if I hadn’t gotten a friend to drive several hours to do so. Could not recommend enough that you stay away from this unpleasant woman.
