I was a bit wary of letting someone other than myself and family take care of my dog, Bailey, but I desperately needed a sitter. My mom was supposed to look after him while I was out of town for two days with a friend, but the Wednesday of, she came down with something really nasty. I messaged Jenna letting her know that I was sorry it was a last minute sitting and would understand if she couldn't do it, but thankfully she accepted, and we worked out all the details that day. I would drop Bailey off Friday morning and would pick him up Saturday evening. That was the plan anyway until the weather turned really bad on the way back. The roads were horrible and there ended up being a 7 mile traffic-jam. My friend and I weren't sure on whether it was worth it to stick it out or get off at the next exit, so I decided to give Jenna a call, hoping that she could look after Bailey for just a little while longer. She was really kind and considerate about the situation and claimed it was no problem. Thankfully, we got back into town around a quarter to ten, not too late. Even though Jenna assured me that she didn't mind looking after Bailey more than anticipated, I felt really bad and made sure she was compensated for the trouble. Overall, my experience with Jenna was very positive and fantastic. If there is a need I will definitely use her services again and would absolutely recommend her if you want someone friendly and reliable to watch over your dog. :)
