~ PLEASE READ MY PROFILE FIRST! ~ Hello! My name is Jenna and I am the mom to three adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Rosie, Daisy, and Ramen, one All American pup, Sage, and one cat, Alfie! I have previously worked several years full-time in the nonprofit sector in Campaign Development, but I am currently a fully remote federal employee. I have been caring for cats and dogs for friends, family members, and clients for (at least) 6 years now, and would love to help you out as well! I am not afraid to get down and dirty when caring for your pets. I have extensive experience caring for pets with medical needs, behavioral issues, or who otherwise need special care, so don't be afraid to ask me about caring for your special friend. I promise to follow your instructions regarding the care of your pet, and will also send you regular updates during my time with them. For more specific details on my style of pet care, feel free to ask! I do require an in-person meet and greet prior to your first booking to make sure we are a good match. I have never met an animal I didn’t like, and will love your baby as if it were my own. MEET & GREETS: Before any services are booked, a meet and greet is required so that I can meet your fur baby and to make sure both parties feel it’s a good fit. Initial meet and greets are completely free and complimentary for the first 30 minutes. Additional meet and greets will be booked and charged the same as a 30-minute drop-in. SAME-DAY SERVICE REQUESTS: I understand that schedules change and things can come up unexpectedly, which is why I am always happy to help when my schedule allows. However, I do charge an additional $5/service fee for walks/drop-ins and $10/day fee for boarding/housesitting requests for services starting within 24 hours to cover the last minute change in my schedule. KEY PICK-UP/DROP-OFF: If a key for in-home services is not provided at the initial meet and greet or at the start of services, or is not left in a lock-box at your home, I will gladly schedule a time to come pick it up and/or drop it off for a $10 additional fee (each way). DAYCARE/BOARDING: Drop-off for daycare and boarding services is between 6-9 AM, with pick-up available anytime prior to 8 PM. If you are needing to come by at times outside of this timeframe, please let me know in advance and we can work something out! Pick-up and Drop-off times must be scheduled in advance; with this in mind, drop-off or pick-ups over 30 minutes late for boarding or daycare will incur a minimum $10 fee per additional hour. Boarding includes 24 hours of care booked from the start time of services rendered (for example, if you drop-off at 6 AM, you’d be asked to pick-up by 6 AM the last day of booking). If you need more than 24 hours of care, you may be charged an additional $10 fee (for up to 3 hours past the 24 hours included in booking) or a daycare fee (for any extra time needed for 3 hours or more). Daycare clients are for up to 12 hours of care within a single day, and must be picked-up prior to 8 pm unless a separate agreement between us has been made. Additional time beyond 12 hours may incur an additional fee.
