Pet care experience
My name is Jenna and I am a college student looking for a part time job doing something I love, spending time with/ taking care of animals! I have three dogs and I have had cats before growing up, for about 10 years of my life, so I have experience with caring for both. I have two dogs named Tucker and Kodiak who are both over 100 pounds, along with a smaller dog named Bailey who is about 40 pounds. All three of my dogs are very strong walkers so I am able to walk dogs that are strong as well. I can do anything from walking, feeding, brushing, playing, or just spending time with your pets! I will give your pets lots of love and attention and will take great care of them! I also have experience working at a dog daycare which I cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds, along with cats as well!

I understand that it can be difficult for some animals welcoming new people in their homes, as it can cause anxiety, along with owners leaving their pets. I understand cues from animals such as when they are nervous or angry, and I can react appropriately to ensure the animal will be comfortable. I also will send pictures to owners of their pets so they know that they are doing well!

I like to know in advance if your dog or cat may be anxious when meeting new people when I come to do a visit and or walk. It is important to me that I make each animal feel comfortable as I would want someone to care too if visiting my pets. I would also like to know if your dog is a strong walker, a reactive walker(barks at other dogs or lunges at other dogs), or has a tendency to break loose from collar or harness on walks.
A typical day
When I take my dogs out, I like to run and walk with them. I think it is fun for a dog to run as it gets their energy out, and walking allows for them to have their necessary potty breaks. I also love playing tug of war with my dogs, and fetch.

Availability
I am planning on using my business to make some extra money while I am on my breaks for college, such as winter break, spring break, and summer break. While I am on break, I have very flexible schedule. I am available from 6am-11pm to care for your pets, 7 days a week!
