I’ve had my own dog for 11 years which lives with my parents a Tibetan terrier and I also have cared for a number of small animals in past years. I watched my friends dogs for a week whilst she headed off abroad and cared for them making sure they had their feeds, walks and love! I work full time in childcare but able to look after animals on weekends and week nights. I have a 2 bedroom house with a big garden. Around my area there is loads of places for long/short walks which I am very familiar with. I have a big garden with lots of space and it is securely fenced right round and there is lots of areas around me for big walks. I understand some people have anxiety’s around leaving their much loved pet with strangers and i want to make people feel as comfortable as possible when doing this with me.
