Unfortunately this was the worst dog sitting experience we have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. I came home to one dog covered in urine, and her dog bed soaked in urine in her crate. My other dog was FRANTIC to get outside and he peed like he had not been let out in many, many hours. When I questioned Jenna she stated that she was at the house until 2 pm that day, I arrived home at 4:45 pm there is absolutely no way that was true. My dog would not have been frantic to get out after less than 3 hours. he is a 75 pound dog that never acts that way after only a few hours. I requested that Jenna contact me as soon as she got to the house at around 4:30 pm on the 19th, she did not. I had to reach out to make sure she was at the house. I requested daily check ins, i did not receive them I had to reach out and ask how things were going. I left $20 on the counter that was clearly designated as "emergency money" in a note left next to it as well as stated in an email to Jenna. I came home to the money gone and an excuse of her putting it in her pocket and forgetting about it, then she asked me if I wanted it returned ....of course I would want it returned. She did bring the money back but i found the entire situation very strange. I have initiated an investigation though Rover. My poor dogs were obviously left home alone in crates for many hours at a time. I honestly question if she even stayed at the house. When i came back the stack of clean bath towels that I left on the bed for her were still in the exact same position as when I left them. I am so disappointed and horrified that someone would treat dogs this way. It breaks my heart to know that my dogs were in this awful situation for 5 days.

Jenna did a great job. Our dog was happy and our house was clean when we returned! Will definitely hire Jenna again.
