Great communication and very punctual. Good feedback on the dog's walk.

We moved to Orlando recently and no longer had our parents to drop our pets off while we traveled. It seemed like it would be easier to have someone come stay at our apartment, where we knew our dog and cat were comfortable being. Neither of them have even been boarded at a facility or left alone overnight, so we wanted to have a private sitter. We then sought out help on Rover and came across Jenna who lived close by. She was very responsive right away and was able to do a meet and greet to make us feel more comfortable about the situation. We were originally planning to be gone for five nights, but we asked her to cover for a sixth night, and she was able to do so! While out of town, were confident in the situation and were in communication throughout the trip! Both pets seemed very comfortable with her care and she left our place as clean and she arrived! When we head out of town again, we will definitely hope to have her stay over with our pets again!
