Pet care experience
I have an almost perfectly trained senior dog named Willa. I have learned a lot from raising her. Like gosh darn, why did I train her to ask permission before getting on the couch? Now she whines at me instead of just getting on the couch. I volunteer at the local rescue, and I have rescued several dogs from Mexico on my own, bringing them to the states and finding them homes.

I have a fenced in yard on 2 acres just outside of Lander. How I care for your dog depends on the dog. If your dog is obsessed with fetch like mine is, that is what they will get. If they like to snuggle, I am more than happy to oblige. If you're ok with them receiving treats, then I will make them sit and give them treats.

Please let me know if your dog is an escape artist, will destroy things, needs a crate, or has any aggressive behavior with other dogs. I do not have a crate so will need you to bring yours.
A typical day
I like to wake up and go for a walk before anything else. Hopefully that will tire your dog out enough so I can get some yoga in. If it’s a work day I’ll work a couple hours at a time and take breaks to play in the yard or go on walks.

Availability
I work from home 25 hours a week, which leaves me plenty of time to spend entertaining your dog. We tend to go on a daily short hike, and on weekends a longer adventure.
