I grew up with all sorts of animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, birds, mice, ferrets, fish.. even a Madagascar hissing roach!) and have always had a special love for them! I’m the person that saves June bugs out of pools and thinks opossums and rats are cute. I got my very own dog when I was 12 and she was my best friend. Since then I have continued to love animals and have been lucky enough to have more best friends to share my life with and to learn from! I am active and always have more fun on a run, hike, or swim if my dog can join. I believe animals have a lot to teach us and the connection that can be felt between us and them is something very special! I love working with dogs in particular and constantly learning how to communicate with them is a rewarding challenge to take on. There is always something new I learn from every dog I meet!
