Pet care experience
Hi, I am a mature and experienced pet owner. I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses, and loved my own dogs (Rottweiler, Boxers, Jack Russell and Frenchton) while raising my children. I am unfortunately not able to have my own pets due to where I live. I have traveled for work, sporting events and vacations and know the stress of finding care for my pets where they will feel loved and be well taken care of. I want to offer peace of mind to others when they cannot take their furry family members with them when traveling.

I have known Jenn for over 10 years, and during that time, she has loved and taken excellent care of her own pets and ours. Most recently she helped to support the transition of my cats into a new environment when we moved. She was gentle and caring, and aware of their needs. Jenn took the time to patiently help ensure they felt comfortable in their new surroundings. I would highly recommend Jenn to anyone wanting someone to care for their animals.
This is my mom. She is my go-to dog sitter any time I am way. She is great with dogs, with any special care instructions, and keeps me updated on how my dog is doing while I’m away.
Jenn has been our pandemic rescue cat, Buddha’s girl crush, oh! I mean pet sitter since we adopted him in 2020! He was getting aggressive in his old home, had to be rehomed, took awhile to learn we would never hit him, he had the run of the space, he is king of the house and he’d have unconditional love. I tell you this because he was not the easiest cat, and she was never intimidated. She has a sweet voice and way about her that eased him. Now he is the biggest love bug, he loves Jenn! She is one of the few people he lets touch him, and it was because of her we found out he likes bubbles so we found catnip bubbles for him to chase! I trust her implicitly in my home, she has stayed long weekends, and I know she takes the best care of Buddha.

I am unable to care for pets in my home. When caring for your pet in your home I will follow the instructions you provide. I enjoy playing and hanging out with cats and dogs but also know not all cats and dogs are the same. Through conversation with you I will learn how best to interact with your pet to ensure there is a great experience for all. As a photographer I unfortunately do not have pictures of myself with my pets as I am always on the other side of the camera.

A typical day
I like to get to know what your pet typically likes to do when walking, playing, and relaxing. Not all dogs like or need long walks and not all cat or dogs like a lot of playing. I want to care for you pet the way you want them cared for so they have the company you want them to have while you are away. I will walk your little buddy, play with them, and/or just hangout with them.

Availability
I am a self-employed photographer so I will be able to treat you pet like my own. I will be there in the morning, evening and throughout the day. I can bring my work supplies to you home to work so the only time I will be away for work is for a shoot. I know my appointments in advance and will be able to share the schedule with you to ensure it meets your needs.
