Dogs are family members and crave human interaction. I love to be outside at the park or along the green-line. Many of the most popular dog breeds are working dogs with high energy that needs an outlet. Walking allows your pups to work their energy off so they are far less likely to be mischievous at home. You will be able to come home from your long day with fewer worries about theirs. There are also many with older dog who worry while they're away for long hours about their elderly pet's needs. A regular check in will give you peace of mind while you are away. I walk my personal dogs between 3-5 miles per day and help my family walk their dogs (total family pack: 7).
