I teach high school and have two teenagers as well. We have two outdoor cats. We started pet-sitting for friends and it became a regular thing so they told us about Rover. Our 9-year-old terrier loves other dogs and gets along with everyone. We treat all dogs like ours, which means free access to furniture, pizza crust (if allowed), daily walks around the neighborhood, and access to the backyard at any time through our doggie door. My teenagers have been raised with animals and enjoy playing fetch and chase in our backyard. I can send you periodic pics and updates if you'd like.
