I am 44 years old and have always had at least one dog in my home. Growing up my mother fostered dogs and helped them to find homes. I currently have a yellow lab who is my love. I recently had to put my other lab down to prostate cancer. I typically prefer dogs to people😃 I treat my dog, Buckley, as he is my child. He is very well trained and loves everyone-he is incredibly social, kind, and he too loves to interact with all dogs. I treat him as my child as I would treat your dog. We are a very low key, easy going household. No stress, only hugs and kisses are allowed for our furry children. I would be lost without my Buckley and I would treat your dog same. I live in a semi-urban environment and all potty breaks would be walks on a lead. So, it would be best if your dog were good walking on a lead and not worried by car noises.
