° 4 years of dog care experience ° 2 years of dog daycare and overnight experience ° Currently in the process of becoming a groomer, officially a bather! ° Have a dog of my own, a Mal-Shi, and help out with my parents Yorkies and Shih Tzu, as well as my roommate’s Jack Russell Terrier. I’ve also had a PitBull in the past! I am well experienced with pups of all ages (from only days old to 15+ years old) and all breeds! °Have a “Dog Den” in my apartment-Converted a bedroom into a dog haven for all pups to feel at home and comfortable with me!

I dropped off my pug, when I took a trip to California, and what can I say. I came back to a brand new pug. Before I left him in the care of Jenid and Miriam, Mushu (The Pug) was very shy, afraid of new places and people. When I pickled him up he was a brand new pug. Energetic, people friendly everything I could think of. The care that was taken of Mushu was amazing and what anyone would look for in someone that was looking after a member of the family. I can. Not thank them enough for the care, treatment, and respect they have for my Pug.
Jenid has taken care of my pups many times before and she is the best !! My pups are always so excited to see her and I know that they are safe and taken care of when she has them. I have two Yorkies and a Maltipoo, never a hesitation on who I need to call if I ever need care for them !!!
Ive known Jenid for a few years and can say I never met a person more passionate and energetic about taking care of pets especially pups. Jenid would prefer hanging out with a group of furry friends over a group of people any day of the week. Pets bring her joy and the connection she builds with each pet is very heart warming. I couldn’t think of a better person that would be a impactful asset to the rover community. If Rover was to pass up on the opportunity of adding Jenid to the team. I can wholeheartedly say that it would be an unfortunate mistake and a disservice to all the pets she could have spread love too.
Honestly, never seen someone with more tender love & care for dogs as Jenid. She prioritizes their safety and well-being at her work place, ensuring a bond that goes beyond worker and client. She also displays an emotional intelligence that is both adaptable and sustainable for the work needed to care for dogs in all kinds of situations, from all types of backgrounds. As she pursues her long-term goal of becoming a Vet Technician, I'm more than honored to praise her work ethic and help in any way for her to get more connected to other people who could use her youthful energy and reliable caregiving. She even uses her social media platform to promote for her work place's company so that they may draw in more clientele. 100% would recommend her to any animal lover :).

My roommate and I have designated in entire room as a dog den in which we have kennels, toys, weewee pads, beds, and anything else a dog would need to feel at home. We take our pups out for a walk every few hours, at max every four hours probably even sooner! There are also two pups in my household, who are extremely dog friendly so they will be willing to play, but are also kennel trained if your pup is not dog friendly!

Availability
I currently work at a dog daycare! Alternating between daytime and nighttime shifts, which makes scheduling with me easy as I can make my work schedule work around prior plans! Also, my roommate, who is also a huge dog lover and has a Jack Russell Terrier of her own works from home and is always willing to help out! I would also like to add that I am experienced in administering medication such as pills or topical ointment even to pups to reject medication or pills!
