Pet care experience
I have been a Veterinary Technician for 2 years, working at a local clinic in Anchorage, AK. My entire life and passions have involved animals, and now my career does too! From a young age I started out walking and babysitting friends dogs. I have experience in exercising dog-friendly and dog-aggressive pets. I feel comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I do have experience in e collar handling and am comfortable with using the resource if necessary. If there are skills or behaviors that owners wish for me to work on while with the pet, I am comfortable with doing so. I have a lot of experience in strict medication regiments, along with handling and transporting handicap patients. Due to my career and passion for animals, I believe I can provide a safe and fun environment for the pets I care for!

Any pet would be lucky to have Jenna walk and care for them! Jenna is a responsible, caring and capable person and pet owner! She was a house sitter in our home on numerous occasions and gave excellent care to our sweet beagle, Petey and our extra-toed cat, Kitty! She was purrrfect for them and would be great for your animals too! My husband and I would recommended Jenna highly with absolutely no reservations as a walker and/or caregiver to any kind of pet!

I wish to take my clients pets on walks and runs throughout neighborhoods, and parks on the south side of Anchorage. I know how happy my own pets are when they feel exercised, so I'd like to help do the same for your pet! If pets are not dog friendly then I will stay within the yard or close within the neighborhoods near the pets home but will still strive to provide the same exercise I do for all my pet pals. For dog friendly pets, I am more than happy to take them to off leash parks, play ball, frisbee, and other fun games! I have a small, very friendly, male Border Collie of my own. If okay with owners, he is a great play companion for everyone and would love to join in on our adventures!

Availability
I work full time as a VT so my week days are not very flexible for appointments. I am available from: 7am to 6 pm on Fridays 8am to 12 pm of Saturday's 10am to 4pm on Sundays I am not extremely flexible on days, but times may be more flexible as long as it does not interfere with other pet appointments. A schedule that is confirmed a few weeks out is more desirable.
