As always, Jenelle took excellent care of my dog Jodie. My partner had a medical emergency, and Jenelle was ready and willing to care for Jodie at the last minute as we scrambled to deal with things. Knowing I could leave Jodie with her removed a lot of stress from an already stressful situation. My dog is quite old, deaf, going blind, and has several quirks and special needs. It's hard to find someone I can trust to care for her in her senior years, and I feel beyond lucky to have found Jenelle! She's so kind and attentive to all the dogs in her care. She's easy to work with, has clear and timely communication, and overall is a lovely person. I've left Jodie with countless sitters in her 16 years, and Jenelle has by far been the best. It's a huge relief not having to worry when I leave my dog in her care.

We had a wonderful experience with Jenelle! Funkytown had a great time and was well taken care of. He didn’t seem to want to leave his new friends when we picked him up! Jenelle was attentive, responsible, and communicated regularly with updates and photos. We felt reassured knowing Funkytown was in good hands and will definitely book again!

Jenelle was amazing, she kept me updated on all things Koda. Plus, the pictures let me know he was safe and having a great time. I will definitely be doing daycare with Jenelle going forward!

Jenelle was such a gem and very attentive to concerns, requests and was able to make recommendations when necessary. Even though I was nervous about having my puppy Nala board for more than 8 hours (4 days stay), the daily detailed updates along with photos and videos reassured me that she was happy and in a safe space. Jenelle also went the extra mile of accommodating Nala's poor eating habits, hand fed whenever she saw fit and even made adjustments to ensure Nala was well fed throughout the stay. I cannot recommend Jenelle enough and will definitely book her again!

To ensure a successful and harmonious experience for both pets and owners, an in-person meet & greet is required before accepting pets for boarding, walking, or dog sitting services. This essential step allows me to assess compatibility, establish trust, and address any specific needs or concerns. It also gives you a chance to see how I interact with your pet. Note that while an in-person meet & greet is required, it does not guarantee that I can accept your pet for services. Factors such as availability, capacity, and the well-being and safety of all animals in my care will be taken into consideration before final acceptance. In order for me to accept your pet for boarding, daycare, or walking services, your pet MUST: - Play nice with others - Be on a flea preventative treatment for at least three months - Walk well on a leash (no excessive pulling) - Be house trained or crate trained I have plenty of outdoor space for your furbaby. I have a fully fenced front, side and back yard. I never let pets go outside unattended. Most of my doggy clients have separation anxiety.
