Jena is amazing!! She took care of our 2 cats for nearly 2 months while we had major construction that would have been really hard on them. She was so thoughtful and attentive, sent regular photos and videos, and was so responsive and flexible when we needed to extend their stay. The cats clearly enjoyed their time, and we were relieved to have someone so kind taking care of them. Thank you!!!

I've done my reviews in reverse order! This is my second booking with Jena but now I've already finished a third trip. I had no hesitation after my first booking to immediately schedule with Jena when I found out about a week-long work trip. I took both my cats to her place again for boarding. I'd rather they were with people who enjoying having them stay versus someone dropping in for a short time every day. My kitten had just been spayed and was still wearing the cone and needed oral pain medication every 12 hours. I let Jena know about the situation in advance but she should not have been more gracious and caring. She administered the medication and kept me informed about the little one's healing process. Aside from the pictures and updates, you can just tell that Jena enjoys the animals and is a kind and caring person. I left it to her, if she felt comfortable, to take the cone off but she only did so still only after checking with me first and letting me know she would be able to observe for any worrisome behavior. I felt very comfortable the entire time I was gone knowing that both cats were in a loving home. Separately, I was able to schedule some vacation time shortly after this trip so I booked Jena a third time and that review is already up! Repeat customers are a testament. Plus, I have to drive an hour to get to her place so I hope that shows how I feel about who takes care of my pets! :-)
