Pet care experience
I worked full time for the City of Waco Animal Services for eight years and have my Vet Asst. degree. I have 20+ years of experience with animals and will treat your fur babies like my own. I currently have 5 dogs of my own, all from the local Shelter! I encourage enrichment and basic training. I can seek a behavior issue within an animal and help correct it. I encourage all pet owners to have their pets microchipped and current on rabies vaccination. I like to know which Vet the owners prefer prior to sitting any animal just in case of an emergency. Animals are a passion of mine and I like to help owners when in need! It would be my pleasure to care for your pets!

Jen did amazing! She took great care of our dogs and loved them like her own. We will use her every time we can.
Jen took very good care of my boys. They were fed played with and let out to do their business. However she fell asleep and allowed the dogs to chew a very large place on my entertainment center. I had cautioned Jen to watch Jamie as he had chewed on the couch fee and dresser in my bedroom. I did feel that I could trust her in my house and not take anything. The dogs were not anxious when I got home which gave me piece of mind.
Jen is amazing! I left my baby (Violetta) with her for three days over Labor Day weekend. This was my first time leaving her and I was super nervous, but after picking Violet up today it’s obvious she’s ready for another play date with Jen and her 5 dogs already! Jen also gave Violet a bath, washed all the bedding in her kennel, and returned Violet with a full bag of food! Would highly recommend!!!

I, personally, feed my dogs twice a day. They still act like they’ve never been fed even though they are extremely healthy and even get snacks. I get up at 3am with my dogs daily since they insist on going potty at that time. I would care for your dogs as I care for mine. They are part of the family.

I believe it is important to know the dogs’ behavior, personality, and routine right from the start. I am already going to be new to them and I don’t want them too far out of their daily routine. I want your dog to feel comfortable with me like they are with you, so I think it’s extremely important to meet them prior to agreeing to dog sit. If we aren’t a good match, I will not want to put you or your dog in a uncomfortable position.
A typical day
I enjoy hanging out with your dogs whether it’s being active and playing catch or just lounging around and hanging out. I like to fit your dogs’ needs so whatever they are ready for, so am I.

I currently work FT (M-F, roughly 8-5). When I come home I like to spend my time with my dogs. I enjoy taking care of others’ pets as well!
