In my lifetime I've owned 3 dogs & 15 cats, all rescues. I have experience with small and large breed dogs, including seniors and special needs (blind, deaf, in diapers). I've also fostered dozens of animals over the years until they found a forever home. I feel comfortable handling scared cats and strong pushy dogs. I am an honest person who will have your pet's best interest in mind, whether we're out for a walk or I'm administering medication. Keeping the owner updated is important, and I will gladly send you many detailed messages, photos and videos of my interactions with your pet. I am flexible and can work with you and your pet's needs, morning, noon or night. For Per Sitting and Boarding: •Drop-off is from 6 am to 7 pm. •Pick-up for boarding is 7 am to 7 pm. Otherwise it is considered an overnight stay. •For overnight stays, your dog will free roam in the house. He can sleep in the bedroom in my bed or on a dog bed instead. •For the safety of all of the pets that I care for, please message me when you arrive. I will meet you at the front door or bring your pet to greet you. This will help alleviate stress to other animals in the house. I'm very respectful of your pet's body language and try to read what he's telling. I am gentle and use positive reinforcement only. My Home: I have a large house with plenty of indoor space. You can even run laps in the house because of the configuration. My yard is half an acre, currently unfenced because we just moved to this house. I do have a large kennel with a lead. I also live less than 10 minute walk to a really nice park and there's plenty of areas to walk dogs at the housing plan across the street.
