Hi, my name is Jen, and I’m a cat person. Although society teaches us that cats are happier as solo and independent animals, they can also be very social and need just as much care and attention as a dog would. Going out of town may be stressful for you but it’s even more stressful for them, as adapting to changes can be rough on a cat’s nervous system and can lead to physical reactions such as getting the sniffles or behavioral reactions like hiding. I am here to help your cat(s) relax and enjoy their time at home rather than anxiously awaiting your return. My passion for cats is a huge part of my life and is still evolving while I figure out how I can support myself while solely working with cats in my day-to-day. I would love the opportunity to care for and cater to your cat’s specific needs, while making sure they are getting their playtime and expending enough energy to keep them healthy and living their best and healthiest life. I've had cats in my family since I was born (RIP Max and Skittles), and l currently have 2 cats of my own who I love to spoil. I foster when I can & also care for the community cats who live in the parking lot behind my apartment in Hollywood. I’m available for housesitting or daily drop-ins (feed-scoop-play), anything to make you and your pet feel most comfortable while you’re busy working or taking a much needed vacation. I will monitor their general health for the duration of my time with them. I am comfortable administering your cat their medication if you show me how first.
