Pet care experience
Hello! I’m a teacher looking to extend my love to your pets! I have done pet house sitting for five years including overnight stays with multiple dogs in the home. I’ve also opened my home to friends dogs and cats as well. I have been the proud owner of my rescue pup for the last three years. I’ve potty trained him and behaviorally trained him. He travels with me and loves all people, kids and dogs. I’m happy to do walks with your pup during the day or come give your pup some company while you’re away.

Jen took such great care of Evie! She was willing to go above and beyond to learn about all of Evie's needs and make sure she would be comfortable while I was away! I loved receiving all the pictures, and Jen sent consistent updates while I was gone. Will definitely be coming back to Jen for future trips :)
Jen did a fantastic job watching over our fur babies! Even my grumpy old chihuahua fell in love with her. She sent pictures and videos so we were well informed of their daily shenanigans. 10/10 would recommend. ?
I've freelance hired Jen before she extended herself onto Rover. She has always show up for meet and greets to learn/ refresh my doggos care. During her stay in my house, she leaves the space clean and I receive updated pictures of Camry and Pip. Jen has been a great sitter for my family, I recommend her and will continue to rebook with her.

I’m happy to take care of any dogs needs. I understand some need to be crated or co-sleep. I’m happy to do whatever is going to make you and your pup most comfortable. I’m also pretty active so I’m happy to run with a dog or go on a longer walk. I can also take pups to dog parks for socialization or to play fetch or frisbee. My pup is very friendly with other dogs so I’m happy to have a dog at my home who gets along with medium size dogs that like to play. Feeding will be done based on your instructions and I prefer written instructions to follow to make sure it is done as closely to your pups normal routine as possible.

Please let me know if your dog has any issue or over excitement with other animals, people/ children. If the dog needs to be walked a certain amount or fed separately from its siblings. The dogs play style or if they like/ are able to go in water features. Or any medications they are on for anxiety or sickness of any kind.
A typical day
I love to play with the dogs I watch, either with toys they have or I also have some fun toys to play fetch or tug with. For walks depending on location I like to go on greenways, in parks or through neighborhoods. I’ve found some great walking spots all over the city so depending on where you live we will have one ready to go!

Availability
I’m a teacher on summer break so I have plenty of time to play and walk your pups. I love to be active so rover allows me to both stay active, be outside or just stay busy. With my flexible schedule I’m able to be around for your vacation while also having enough time for my own pup and prepping for the new school year.
