Pet care experience
Our family is insured for dog boarding, dog walking, and pet transport. We have been dogsitting since 2022 and joined Rover in 2024. Our home is pet-free (except for a couple of reptiles in their enclosures), but we love hosting dogs. I have four kids, ages 7 to 15. They are always asking who is going to visit us next, but no one is more excited than me to have a dog in our house! We offer exclusive boarding for one family at a time, unless all owners agree to double-boarding.

Jen was amazing. We received timely updates and cute photos the whole time. Our pups looked like they were at summer camp, with big smiles and wagging tails! I can tell they felt loved by Jen and her kiddos. I highly recommend having Jen look after your pets because she and her family are true animal lovers and your pets will be happy.
Jen and her family took fantastic care of our senior dog. Her communication before and during his stay was top notch and greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
Jen is awesome! She is super kind and accommodating. She has dogsitted for my family several times and I highly recommend her. She is very responsible and cared for my dog very well. Every time I get my dog (Skye) back, she is washed and so happy! I have never had an issue with Jen. She also communicates any needs when necessary. 10 out of 10!!

We are pretty easygoing and do not really have off-limits areas in our home. There are plenty of comfy spots to get away and relax when a dog needs down time. My kids are gentle with animals and old enough to know when a dog needs a break and should not be bothered for a little while. We do not have a fenced yard, but we have a lot of space on our 2.6 acre property. We are surrounded by trees and a creek in our quiet culdesac. We have a large enclosed deck and another enclosed area by our pool.

If your dog will need to be bathed, you can add that option at booking. We can accomodate strict diets, etc. - just provide me with the details along with any special food, medications, soaps or brushes or that your pet needs. I am happy to feed your dog extras that they are allowed to have, such as chicken and eggs. I have shampoo, poop bags, bowls, chews, treats, and toys. Please bring other necessities (food, special treats, leashes, bells, favorite toys) to make your pet most comfortable! Crates and dog beds are up to you.
A typical day
I enjoy running and taking walks down by the lake and I am happy to accommodate any level of exercise needed on a leash. We have lots of space outside in our yard to play if you are comfortable without the yard being fenced. I take pets along when I have school pickups. When my 4 kids are home, pets get endless attention with toys and cuddles.

Availability
I am home all day except for errands and I love having a dog along for the ride! We go on walks daily and multiple times if needed.
