Pet care experience
My love for animals started when I was very young. I have worked with all breeds, sizes, actvity levels, and ages. I have volunteered at animal shelters, worked at pet care/boarding establishments, and have taken care of dogs at an animal rescue. I have a very flexible schedule, so I am often available on short notice. I am located in NW Austin. We are surrounded by safe streets and walkable sidewalks, and there are TONS of parks and trails nearby. I love to get out for walks every day, and would love to have your pet join me! I am reliable, trustworthy, responsible, and dependable, and will make sure your pets get the best care possible!

Jen was easy to communicate with and responded to messages quickly. She always followed up to confirm dates and times. Our shy dog seemed to have enjoyed her stay with Jen. I felt comfortable leaving Vanessa with her.
Left my boy Winston, an English Springer Spaniel, with Jen the whole day. She gave me updates on how he was doing during the day Jen was so patient and took care of Winston well. I highly recommend her !
I have booked with Jen multiple times now for doggie daycare because my dog has such a great time with her, I'm beginning to think he likes her more than me haha
My dog always loves his time with Jen and comes home happy and tired from a day of play and exercise

*I prefer to have a quick meet and greet for first time clients, so that we can all get to know each other. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I am located right on the greenbelt, with plenty of places to walk. I love to let my animals have the freedom to be on the couch or bed, but I will be able to crate your pet if you prefer (100% based on your preference, please let me know any rules or commands your pet follows in advance). If I am in your home, I will take care of your home as if it were mine, and would be happy to take out trash, check mail, and bring in packages, water plants, etc... I am looking forward to meeting you and your pets!

Availability
I am currently working part-time from home, so I have plenty of time to focus my attention on your pets. I will be able to take them out for a potty break at any time, and will have lots of free time to give them those all important belly rubs and scratches!
