Pet care experience
I love all animals, but I have a special place in my heart for dogs. I have been pet sitting and walking dogs for over 10 years. I believe it is important to take each dog's personality and preferences into account when caring for them. I enjoy all kinds of walks, from strolls around the block to lengthy hikes in the woods. I was a fur mom of a purebred 100+ lb. American Labrador Retriever and he was the greatest blessing. Through Rover, I'm hoping to create long-term relationships with clients and care for your pets as if they were my own!

Jelena took such good care of my girl and treated her just like her own while I was away. Jelena kept Gypsy’s routines in mind and was mindful and careful of her reactivity. I don’t trust many people with my pup, but I would absolutely trust her with Gypsy again going forward. Thank you Jelena!
My dog stayed with Jelena over 2 nights. He tends to be timid and nervous around new people, but he felt comfortable with her after just one day. Jelena updated me daily with multiple pictures of my dog and detailed account of how his day went. Jelena is such a sweet lady. I would definitely seek her out again!
I have had Jelena come to let my pups out while at work numerous times. She always spends the entirety of the visit walking, playing, and making sure my pups are happy and tended to. Will definitely continue to use her as I trust her and my pups love her! So grateful to have found her, and my pups agree.
I have had Jelena sit my dog quite a few times, as well as come over during my hectic work days to let her out. Parker absolutely adores her, she jumps for joy when she comes in, it makes me very happy to know I have found someone not only reliable but also super kind and loving to my baby. can’t recommend her highly enough!

A typical day
We'll play a bunch of mentally stimulating games, take long walks discover new smells around the neighborhood, and visit the local dog park. During the warmer months, visit lakes and go swimming!

Availability
I work a full-time job close to home, offering flexibility for potty breaks throughout the day. The afternoons, evenings, and weekends are dedicated to my rover clients. My preferred service is dog boarding, however, I also offer drop-in visits and house-sitting. Outside of the 9-5, I enjoy being outdoors and adventuring. During your pet's stay, trips to dog parks (on and off leash), hiking the trails, and swimming would be available if requested. If your pup is less active, the activity level will be adjusted to meet their needs.
