First a thank you to Jelani! Jelani was very prompt and professional to our initial request for pet sitting. It was shorter notice then we usually try to arrange a sitter, so it was a huge relief when he was quickly able to confirm availability. He was flexible and considerate in planning to have a meet and greet with us and Lola. Lola let us know quickly that she was comfortable with Jelani which shows he is a pet person for sure. Our trip was going to be long and he asked all the right questions regarding her general disposition for walking and her daily/nightly care. This gave us the confidence both Lola and our home would be well cared for. He shared regular updates/photos and was sure to send questions when needed. Lola can be very demanding of attention and we forgot to mention she may stare and woof, it's one of the ways she asks to play. We came home to a happy dog and home which means the world to us.
