Jeffrey and co. did an awesome job with Daisy Mae. Frankly I was worried about leaving her alone with someone else because of her high energy level but Jeffrey was able to calm her and did a wonderful job. I will be using him again in the near future.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but our experience with Jeffrey has been mixed. We’ve had Jeffrey watch our senior dog a few times for day care and there were some concerning instances. During our last day care session, our dog got in the trash and Jeffrey did not tell us until we asked later that day why our dog was sick and pooping out aluminum foil for days. Our dog was brought to the dog park despite our Rover profile stated no dog parks, we verbally said no dog parks, and our dog was recovering from an injury and needed strict bed rest so definitely no dog parks. Jeffrey has canceled on us last minute on three instances. One he double booked us with another client. The second and third times was for Thanksgiving and Christmas that were booked months in advance. He stated he had a family emergency for thanksgiving which we can understand. But he cancelled our Christmas reservation on short notice and we nearly missed both Thanksgiving and Christmas with our families. It created an immense amount of stress finding a last minute dog sitter for the holidays. We are grateful for the times that Jeffrey watched our dog. He is a nice guy and cares about dogs but our experience has been mixed with him.
