Pet care experience
I grew up in a dog loving home with an English mastiff and black lab. After the passing of our large dogs, my parents committed to only have pets they could carry in old age. We raised two beautiful Maltese puppies who both lived 15 happy years. I love dogs of all ages and sizes and have been the trusted caretaker for my family and neighborhood pets through my entire teenage and adult life. Jeffrey is truly an awesome and loving dog caregiver. He is well known and recognized by "the regulars" at the Metuchen Dog Park for his expertise in dog handling. He has a vast knowledge of canine's and I can attest to his ability in dog training. He has cared for, walked and trained our family dogs for several years and I highly recommend him if you are looking for the best of care for your dog - you found it : )
I have known Jeff since 2014 and one of his best qualities is his immense love and aptitude for caring for dogs. He finds the perfect balance of blending compassion and love with the rationality and preparedness it takes to be diligent and conscientious with making sure our four legged friends are in the best of hands. Last year in 2021, I had my beloved cavapoo, Alfie, in his home and care and my sweet Alfie was reluctant to leave because he was having such a good time. If dogs had thumbs they would give up, I’m sure Jeff would get 4 thumbs up. Highly recommend 10/10.

I have no problem with dogs on my couch, but I respect other owners’ lifestyles & will enforce any house rules you have in place.

Availability
I am an evening restaurant worker, so my schedule is flexible to accommodate you throughout the week. I am available for drop-ins, walking services, and training Sunday 4pm-Midnight, Monday-Thursday 10am-Midnight, and can also provide boarding care these days.
