I'm a 44 year old Professional Actor / Acting Instructor returning to Long Beach as a place of residence after 9 years in Chicago. I'm a Long Beach, California native but have spent last 22 years in New York City , Chicago and Washington D.C.). I'm a veteran of Broadway and Off - Broadway, Television and Film, and many regional stages. I attended the University of California, Davis as an Animal Science major in 1993. My family, of course,was concerned about a life in the Arts, so I chose the next best thing to my heart: I went to school with the hopes of becoming a veterinarian. I made it through three years of undergrad studying large animals (as growing up in Long Beach didn't provide a great deal of large animal experience for me). My aunt bred Rhodesian Ridgebacks for the show ring, I worked for a groomer, and spent 3 years of my youth working for PetCO. Ultimately, I graduated from Davis in Dramatic Art and attended the Juilliard School in NYC for graduate school. I have had a very busy life since my graduation in 2001 and have recently made the decision to make Long Beach my home again. I was the proud owner of a long-haired Chihuahua for 15 years. Upon losing her to a heart condition, I thought I would never have another dog again. I am now the proud owner of another long-haired Chihuahua (2 yrs.) I miss my days of working with animals on a daily basis, although my friends still call me for advice on various situations. My sister suggested Rover.com as a nice way to spend my time. I'm a very thorough, respectful and patient person... and every dog will be well cared for. I don’t drive anymore, so my acceptance of walking will depend on location. Thanks for listening.
